On Friday february 17 2012 @ around 11:30pm the cool rubber of the Caribbean Airlines airplane met the runway at Johan Adolf Pengel Airport. creating friction and simultaneously kicking off the start of Miss India Worldwide 2012 Hosted in Suriname for the very first time.
In total 22 Guests, 7 misses and the President of the Miss India Worldwide 2012 accompanied by his Family. At the moment we have the contestants from Canada, Barbados, Jamaica, USA, Australia, Qatar and the Virgin Islands and still expect 30 beauties each representing their home country.
Also traveling with the Guests Natasha Arora, Miss India USA 2010, Miss Beautiful Skin and Best Talent. She is in Suriname as one of the masters of ceremony.
Miss India Australia Olivia Rose had this to say about her flight and the first few hours in Suriname.
“The flight was the longest and furthest I have ever made, but this experience is really exciting and new for me”.
In the short time she has seen Suriname her words were clear and to the point.
“Very Nice and B-E-A-utiful”.
Exiting the Arrival hall at the airport they were welcomed by the Miss India Worldwide crew and Guillo Grant, bodyNsoul Photography Partner, to shoot the arrival of the first guests. After a short and smooth ride from the airport the guest arrived safely and exhausted at Courtyard by Marriott Paramaribo.
All in all the excitement in Suriname is really starting to build up. And the organization is prepared to give the world one amazing show.
