At this moment the client galleries are spread over 2 domains, bodynsoulphotography.com and users.patrickkrolis.com. This split has a historical background, as I started out with patrickkrolis.com long before bodynsoulphotography and had a good solution to protect client galleries there. The only downside was the limited space available on that server.

I have tried to minimize the usage of that space by having people with an aacount at www.bodynsoulmodels.com login at this website with their credentials and thus protecting their websites hosted at this www.bodynsoulphotography.com domain.

Finally I took the time to reorganize the galleries into something more of what it was supposed to be in the first place. While still not totally satisfactory, I prefer it very much the way it is now.

I should be uploading most of the Freelance work I have done over the past year into the Freelance photography over the next week or so.

I also can now start preparing my stock images, even though I still have to think of the proper way to offer them for sale.

Modeling and Modeling photography, especially of the commercial kind need a boost in Suriname. More structure, more quality, more knowledge, and more use of local models by local commercial clients.

That is why I started www.bodynsoulmodels.com. To foster a communiy and make dreams possible for models, photographers, makeup artists and more in Suriname.

This month the website passed passed the 100 members barrier. At the time 3 makeup artists, 8 photographers and 89 models.

Reason to celebrate...

Wow, about 3 months ago I launched the beta version of my modelling photography network website. www.bodynsoulmodels.com has since been growing slowly but surely.

In the month of May the website hit a few personal records, first it surpassed this website www.bodynsoulphotography.com in the amount of page views, visitors and time spend on the site per visitor.

Then late in may it also surpassed my photoblog at bodynsoul.shutterchance.com for the same categories. I have to admit that I have not posted any new item on the Shutterchance blog for the last 5 weeks (see block on the right BODYNSOUL PHOTOBLOG).

My most admired fashion photography couple is definitely Suby and Sinem. I got to know them from being "colleagues" at Shutterchance where I have my popular photoblog at http://bodynsoul.shutterchance.com/, while theirs is at http://suby.shutterchance.com/. Sinem alerted me through Facebook that BHF Magazine did a nice article on the couple which can be read at http://bhfmagazine.com/bhfadvert_articles/bhf_suby_sinemshouse.html It is definitely worth a read, but make sure to visit their blog after that, those friends of mine are one of the best around...
